Generate New York 2018 FAQ
Q: When is Generate New York?
A: Generate returns to the big apple on Wednesday 25 – Friday 27 April 2018.
For the first time in New York the event will consist of a workshop day followed by 2 conference days.
Q: Where does it take place?
A: Workshops will take place at TKP New York Conference Center.
The conference is held at Metropolitan Pavilion Chelsea.

Q: What time do the workshops begin?
A: Workshops start promptly at 10:00am. You are able to arrive from 09:15am to register and grab yourself a cup of coffee prior.
Q: What time does the conference(s) begin?
A: Registration opens at 08:30am, with the first session to start at 09:30am.
Q: How much does Generate cost?
A: Tickets for New York are as follows:
Workshop only pass: $449
2 day Conference only pass: $449

Q: Do you offer discounts for groups, non-profits and students?
A: Yes, we do!
We offer group discounts when purchasing 5 or more in one transaction. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to receive your discount code for booking.
Students, and non-profit organisations email email@example.com with proof of status (i.e. student card, or charity registration number) to receive details on how to book your discounted tickets.
Q: How do I purchase a ticket?
A: Tickets can be purchased through Get Invited online.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex and PayPal. If you wish to pay via PayPal, please send payment to firstname.lastname@example.org, plus 4% to cover administration fees. Once sent, notify email@example.com with proof of purchase and we will issue your ticket.
Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: Tickets are non-refundable, as per the terms and conditions on purchase.
If you can no longer attend, we are able to transfer the ticket to a colleague if 1 week prior to the event. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, email address & booking reference, along with your colleagues details so we can amend accordingly.
